| How do I communicate with a Buyer? |

| You may post messages to a WebMarketers4Hire Buyer using the Private Message Board.
If you post a private message, only the Buyer it is addressed to will be able to see it. That Buyer will also be notified by email that you have posted them a private message. |
| When do you charge fees? |

As soon as you elect to accept a project that a Buyer awards to you.
The project is then closed and archived. |
| How do I place a bid on a project? |

| By clicking on the Place Bid link, which you can find at the bottom left of every project page. |
| How do I update an existing bid? |

| Simply submit a new bid and your old one is automatically removed. |
| How do I cancel an existing bid? |

| Log in to your Manage Account area, select the project, and click on the Retract Bid link. |
| Why can't I find the Place Bid link on some project pages? |

| If the project is closed the link does not show up. This usually means that bidding is closed and the Buyer has awarded the project to a Provider. Another case where the Place Bid link does not show up is if a project is frozen, which means that bidding has temporarily been suspended by the Buyer.

| What if I have a question about a project? |

| At the bottom of each project page (just above the bids) is a link to the Project Message Board. There you can post either public or private questions directly to the Buyer. The Buyer also receives an email notification that you have posted a question regarding the project. |
| What does "bid for the total project" mean? |

| This is the amount that you charge the Buyer if the project is awarded to you. It is the total fee that you will charge to complete the project - Not an hourly fee. This figure is based on your own calculation of the number of hours that the project will take you to finish.

| Can I just estimate how much I will charge for a project? |

You should "Not" make estimates.
The information provided should be enough to calculate how long it will take you to finish. If there is not enough information in the Project Description for you to make this calculation, Don't be afraid to use the Project Message Board to ask the Buyer additional questions before placing your bid.
Remember, by placing a bid you enter into a legally binding contract. If you abuse the system you risk receiving poor reviews, infuriating Buyers, and a possible ban from using WebMarketers4Hire, either as a Provider or a Buyer.

| How much does the service cost for Providers? |

There are no signup or monthly fees.
You simply pay a small commission per closed project. The commission is 8% of your project bid (minimum $5).
There are no commission fees when you win a project with a 'Featured' status.

| How much does it cost to sell services through WebMarketers4Hire Auctions? |

All Auction Fees are being waived for Auctions completed before the 1st of September 2008
There is no charge to post your services on WebMarketers4Hire Auctions.
As a Provider you pay a small commission when a Buyer purchases your Auctions listing. The commission is 8% of the winning bid (minimum $4).

| How do i add funds to my account. |

Adding funds to your WebMarketers4Hire account using PayPal is easy.
Just log in to your account and select Deposit Money.
You'll be asked to select a deposit amount and then directed through a few short steps to complete the transaction.
That's all it takes.
