| How do I sign up as a WebMarketers4Hire Buyer? |

| How does Buying on WebMarketers4Hire work? |

| After signing up, you can Create a Project, providing all the details of the service you want. Providers can then view your project and bid on it. This is similar to an auction, with an expiry date whereby you communicate with the Provider and negotiate terms on a
Private Message Board.
Once terms are negotiated with interested Providers, you can choose whom to award the project to. The chosen Provider then has the option of accepting your terms or declining them within a specified time frame.
If the Provider does not respond within the specified time frame (usually 24 hours), you have the option of extending your project. If the Provider responds within the given time frame, he or she can begin work on your project.

| How do I communicate with WebMarketers4Hire Providers? |

You may post messages on the
Private Message Board (or PMB). If you post a private message, only the Provider it is addressed to will be able to see it.
That Provider will also be notified by email that you have posted them private message. |
| Do I have to add money to my account? |

| Not right away. Eventually, however, you will need to when it comes to pay a Provider the price agreed upon for project completion. You may have to fund your account prior to this if the Provider requests that the project fees are placed into WebMarketers4Hire
Safe Transfer Escrow .
Note: You are required to have sufficient funds in your account to cover any commission fees that WebMarketers4Hire may charge when awarding a project. |
| Do I have to pay for services through my Webmarketers4hire account? |

| No. If the provider and seller agree you can opt to pay the Provider directly by wire transfer, PayPal, etc. However, for the sake of convenience and security you may wish to pay via the WebMarketers4Hire Safe Transfer Escrow system
Note: you will be required to have sufficient funds on account in order to cover any fees that Webmarketers4hire may charge when awarding a project.

| How much does the service cost for Buyers? |

There are no signup or monthly fees.
You simply pay a small commission per closed project.
This commission fee is 3% of your project (minimum $3).
'Featured' listings are excluded from commission fees.

| It is free for Buyers to purchase services through WebMarketers4Hire Auctions. |
| How do i add funds to my account. |

You may add funds from your WebMarketers4Hire account using PayPal or E-gold..
Just log in to your account and select Deposit Money.
You'll be asked to select a deposit amount and then directed through a few short steps to complete the transaction.
That's all it takes.
